The Walker

Ella has recently discovered a whole new world with the introduction of the walker that Melissa, Julie, and Janine used when they were babies.

Now, every inch of the kitchen and livingroom is within her excited reach.

Ta-Da! Isn't she fabulous?

Of course, in true Allison form, as soon as we realized she was even remotely mobile, we assigned her a chore.

The Spaghetti Eater

Hers wike she bisghetti.

The Little Swimmer

Ella and Shiloh both thoroughly enjoyed a recent trip to Auntie Melissa's pool. We tried taking pictures of Shiloh, too, but all of his turned out as blurs and splashes.

This Little Piggy

The Teeth of the Tiger

Ella is now considered armed and dangerous.

The Beaver

We recently noticed this Canadian icon setting up home in the creek just below the house. No, I'm not talking about Céline Dion -- it's a beaver. Although, now that you mention it, I can see the resemblance.

Crouching Shiloh, Hidden Baby

See the munchkin, hear the goober.

The Beach Bums

Like any other sensible Canadians, we saw daylight outside and went running pell-mell to the beach. It didn't last long, but we did get in a little sunbathing between the rain drops.

The Farm

A few shots I took out at the farm on a mysteriously sunny Monday.

The Yard Sale

We had a yard sale today to get rid of a bunch of odds and ends. We've already made $100! Woot!

(Thanks to Anna for help with pricing.)

The Sunny Day

After the swollen creek receded, we spent part of a sunny (and squishy) day outside. These are a few of the pictures I took during our brief encounter with summer-like weather.

Keepin' Cool

I had forgotten to post this picture from "The Swimmin' Hole" set. Ella relaxes in the pool on one of our elusive summer-ish days at the farm.
